Energy solutions ...

Scooters_2Florentines are more skillful at navigating the tiny alleyways on their Vespas than the Romans. The middle class is doing okay here as so many give their kids an expensive scooter. Saw a woman the other day in spike heels (older than me) scarf fluttering behind her, speeding by on a bright red Vespa.
