We filmed students gazing at art at the "How to Look at Art!" course at the National Art Gallery of the Bahamas October 16-17. They learned to put their opinions aside, look slowly, and live in the "Don't-Know Mind." It was a terrific two-day art immersion enjoyed by all! Special thanks to our hosts, Jane and Anders Wiberg for a beautiful island immersion and Director Erica James who is doing a wonderful job down there. We're putting together a European art tour for the Gallery, so stay tuned...
A note from Director Erica James:
"Thank you for making a dream come true. I truly appreciated your presence here and the work you did. There is nothing like seeing people drop their defenses and open their imaginations to experience art. The workshop facilitated this experience for the attendees in a major way! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to working with you again."
